Order Processing

Orders are submitted through the website first and then paid by bank transfer. Orders are generally prepared for fulfilment only after payment has been reconciled and the order status has been cleared internally.

Processing times may vary based on payment timing, stock position, dispatch volume, and fulfilment conditions.

Dispatch and Tracking

Once an order has been marked as dispatched, tracking details are issued by email. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather events, public holidays, customs handling, or other factors outside operational control.

Where temperature-sensitive packaging, cold-chain handling, or insulated dispatch methods are used, these measures are intended to support shipping quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted carrier conditions after handover.

Customer Address Responsibility

Please ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate at checkout. ClaraScience is not responsible for delays, loss, re-routing costs, or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address information.

If you need to correct an address, email hello@shopclarascience.com as early as possible after ordering. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started.

Delivery Issues
